Love all my doctors here, but gosh the employees need to learn that they need to let the patients in the elevators first. 🙄

I came here today for a scheduled covid test mandated for another procedure. My appointment was for 3:00 pm, they told me to arrive 30 minutes early at 2:30. Because I was done early at another appointment in a different wing of the hospital I arrived even earlier at 2pm. I was greeted by friendly staff who directed me to check in. There was a line of about 4 people, which took about ten minutes. I received documents to sign and was told to wait for my name for registration. I waited about 10 minutes to be registered and then about 15 minutes to get back to testing. Testing took literally less than a minute. All in all a very smooth experience with friendly, prompt, dedicated staff. I left even before my scheduled time. Thank you for efficiency.

AWFULL, no one was 6 feet apart. STAFF MEMBERS NOT WARING MASKS! Gave you stuff WITH NO MEANS OF CLEANING IT! FORCED US TO SIT TO GET THE VACCINE! We used and entire bottle of disinfectant there. THEN THEY ROLLED UP MY SLEEVE BEFORE SAYING THEY WOULD AND BEFORE I COULD ROLL IT UP MY SELF!! THEY ALSO DID NOT ENFORCE ANY MASK POLICY NOR ANY SPACING POLICY!

Wonderful experience! My daughter fell at the playground and needed a few stitches. The facility is beautiful and clean. There was no wait when I was there at 5 in the afternoon. The nurses and doctor were so friendly. They went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and even got her to laugh. 10/10 would recommend!
