My daughter Holly was admitted following a head on collision with multiple serious injuries. She received excellent care especially from her night nurse Candy respiratory, occupational and physical therapy. Waylon and Shelitia were very helpful and kind.

My wife came about 2weeks ago and she has improved so much that she is ready to go up for rehab. The staff has been very kind and attentive to my wife I am so glad we came to kindred sugar land. If u can give 10 start I will because they deserve it thank you to last the staff

My sister was transferred post operative late Friday evening. The receiving nursing staff was very attentive. I was pleasantly surprised that she received her PT evaluation on Saturday morning. Naiya, PT was very patient & performed a thorough evaluation. Mrs Uddie , Mrs Grace, RN & Julia, OT have ben wonderful. My sister is looking forward to the care she is receiving & her improved health condition.”

I have had Courtney 90% of my time here and he has been very attentive and has just taken good care of me. Mia my aid goes above and beyond and I appreciate that. I would recommend it here because it’s convenient and they become like family. The doctors are like family as well they treat me with total respect. The room is always so clean and that’s important for healing. When I call admin for any problems they are quick to get a resolution. So my overall experience has been pleasant

I NEED A ZERO STAR!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL AND NONE OF THESE NURSES CARE ABOUT THESE PEOPLE! THEY DONT CHECK ON YOU! FOR HOURS AT A TIME! YOU MACHINE BEEPING THEY WALK RIGHT ON BY. YOUR ALARM & LIGHT BUZZING THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER YOU! I WAS HERE YESTERDAY AFTER 44 MINUTES OF HER MACHINE AND LIGHT GOING OFF I GOT UP AND WALKED DOWN TO GET A NURSE IT WAS 4 OF THEM, ALL OF THEM WAS ON THEY PHONES! WAIT IT GETS WORSE THE HOT WATER DONT WORK IN HER ROOM!!!!!! THEY SUPPOSE TO CHANGE HER BOWEL BAG AT LEAST TWICE A DAY THEY CHANGE HERS EVERY 3 DAYS! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! SHE ASK THEM TO CHANGE WHILE I WAS HERE YESTERDAY THEY TOLD HER ITS NOT FULL! WELL SHE WAKE UP THIS MORNING BAG HAS BUSTED AND POOP HAS LEAKED ALL OVER HER! NOT OKAY!!!! I WILL BE CALLING THE STATE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVE ONE HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVE ONE HERE!!!!!!!!

It has been nice I have enjoyed. The staff has been compassionate. They encouraged me so that I can get stronger. LATONYA has been wonderful, Madison has been an angel. Very kind and positive. She has a wonderful spirit. Ashylynn is another angel also Mya 2 most wonderful people in my love. Never had a bad day and you can tell they love what they do. I would say I would definitely refer this place to family and friends

Heartfelt Care at Rebab in Kindred Sugarland

I can’t say enough good things about Rebab in Kindred Sugarland. My mom has been here for over a month, and the level of care she’s received has truly touched our hearts.

The staff treats her like family. They’re not just doing their jobs; they genuinely care about her well-being and comfort. It’s been so comforting to see how attentive and kind they are, always taking the time to check in and ensure she feels supported.

My overall, stay has been satisfactory, there are some really nice staff members here. They have taken good care me. When I needed something they get it for me with no issues. All concerns have been met. They keep my room clean and they make sure I have whaT I need.make sure I have a heater to keep me warm. And also make sure my charger is in reach. They keep me clean and turned. They give me a good sponge bath. Administration comes by and see how I am doing. I would recommend this facility for care.T in therapy works so good with therapy and he takes me outside which feels so nice.i enjoy being out since it's been so long, he explains what my goal for the day was and that was wonderful and I appreciated that. Physical therapy take their time with me and I enjoy that. When I had a concern the Charge nurse Monica makes sure I'm OK and things are getting better.

.I would recommend the hospital my overall stay was ok I felt safe and well taken care of. I felt like I could ask for things. Only thing I suggest is making policies and procedures known on admission more clearly. The 1st night I was here. Mini was very thorough also Natalie balinda, lakenya and Martha and many more were very attentive. PT and OT was great Mandi was perfect. They also kept it clean. Charles took me walking and Micheal was great as well. Not a bad experience
