Thank you Memorial Hermann Sugarland Hospital West 4 team! My dad spent 6 days in room 412. His stay included emergency surgery. His doctors, surgeon, anesthesiologist, nurses and nursing assistants, occupational and physical therapists, technicians (xray, etc) nutrition and dietary, housekeeping, and anyone I may have unintentionally failed to mention, were dynamic. Thank you for your competency, commitment, compassion, and empathy. You.made a difficult situation for our Family manageable and facilitated a greater outcome for.our dad. I am grateful!

After requesting my vehicle with Tracy, she then returned driving really fast and slammed on my brakes at the first stop sign. As she kept driving closer to the drop off area she then again slammed on my brakes. I complained to her on her driving skills while operating other peoples vehicles. This was very unprofessional and unfortunately disturbing. It is a privilege for employees to operate patients vehicles, rather than sitting on their phones at drop off areas and driving patients vehicles the way they do. NEVER will I let Memorial Herman South East Valet my Vehicle.

I spent several days in the transplant unit. When I got there, things were not looking good and I was scared, but everyone was really comforting and clearly knowledgeable. It really helped me feel more calm. I really appreciated all of them - Harding (no relation), Mark, Paula, and Joshua, especially. Oh and Jesse, I think was his name? He really cheered me up when we went to get my dental scans. Everyone got me better and home to my family, and I'll always be grateful. Plus they pulled the tooth that caused the whole issue and did it while working with me on my anxiety and making it as easy going a process as possible.

Also, the rooms I was in were well maintained and clean. The food even was pretty good, even tho I had trouble eating at the time.

The wait time is ridiculous….. been waiting for over 7 hours and yes they already ran some test and now my daughter has to be admitted but we have no updates and just waiting and waiting …. So ridiculous…. The front desk (doesn’t know anything and they could care less) horrible horrible

Do NOT schedule imaging here. 3 minutes late and they refused to complete the imaging so they turned the patient away. Much better service all around at Memorial MRI.

I came here in 2021 to have surgery done and the care team was so supportive and nice. I had a huge bone tumor removed that was on my jaw since I was 13 years old (2008) and I had it removed at age 26 years old. It was such a huge relief because my jaw had such a heavy weight on it and I had to wear helmets with the right side of my jaw being longer. It was supposed to be a 2 hour procedure but due to how mad the tumor was, it turned into a 4/12 hour operation because the tumor did some minor curves to the jaw that cause issues. I am entirely grateful to Dr Shum that did my surgery because of him, my jaw doesn’t have that heavy pain anymore and I don’t have any more pinch nerves like I used to get.

I recently stayed at Memorial Hermann Hospital for 3 days, and I truly appreciate the care I received during my time there. I want to thank Jemima, Anna, Alissa, Giselle, and Mincey at CDU for taking such good care of me and helping make my stay easier.
A very special thank you to Jemima and Alissa. They were especially personable, attentive, and always made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Their kindness and genuine care really helped me feel more at ease during a difficult time.
I’m very grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by the staff. Thank you all for what you do.

I had my C-section here and my experience was excellent. All the staff were very professional and friendly. All the nurses were incredibly kind and supportive, especially Jessica, who was on duty the longest during my recovery. She was so kind and attentive. I highly recommend it!
