Total scam. Took over 2 months (afterwards) to find out that they didn't have a doctor on staff to interpret any data. They sent it to a 3rd party for review. I still don't have any results. The only thing I do have is bills piling up. They charged me $ 500 for the study (which doesn't include any doctor review or results - That's a separate bill). Now I'm out a boatload of money with no results, recommendations, or advice on how to move forward. This place should be shutdown.

I can't comment on emergency services but my Memorial Hermann PCP sent me here and they recommended I wear a heart monitor and get an ultrasound. I received the hear monitor and did as instructed. A week or so after I sent it back I received a call and a message was left requesting I call back to get results. I called back within 5 minutes (twice) and only get offered an option to leave a message. I left a message and it's been over a week and no callback. The communication here is a zero. Memorial Hermann has apps that you download that don't offer any benefit (other than paying) and there's basically no way to speak to anyone. I'm cancelling the appointment for the ultrasound because I'll never get the results anyway. Using any doctors other than your PCP is likely a waste of your money and TIME. Their time is important, yours is not. Efficiency and service are foreign concepts here as well. With all of the resources they have you'd think they would offer better methods of communication other than carrier pigeon. Maybe next time I'll send them a fax.

I emailed and you failed again. Form type doesn't include enough spaces to type what I'm actually trying to get which is monitoring results. I then received a call from an unknown number that left a voicemail giving me other department numbers to call. I email and you call. I call and then have to leave a message. Your time matters and mine does not.

They really need to get on the same page. First I come in for a pap covered 100%. The next time I come in they tell me I have a balance for that visit. This was in May and they're still working on it to fix it.
Then I drive all the way up here for my mammogram results that Jennifer told me were ready. I left my sick husband at home to come get them. They tried to charge me. I told her no I wouldn't be charged if they gave me the results over the phone. She has me wait, just so they can tell me they don't have the results yet!!
What a waste of time and gas!! Gas is not cheap and the anguish due to still not having the results. I cried and prayed all the way over her from Cypress to the Heights and still don't have answers. I was so happy to finally have found a Dr I love and feel comfortable with but the service needs help, lots of help!!!

Wife had an outpatient procedure at this site & the staff and realtime texts on her progress from inception to recovery and pull out to the front pick up area where they wheeled her out. The waiting room was clean and chairs were comfortable. They also had coffee available and TV' s mounted on the walls. All in All a great experience and my wife is doing much better thanks to them.

I recently gave birth at this hospital, and I was so impressed with the nurse staff. Everyone is so compassionate, knowledgeable and made sure me as a patient feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommend

I had excellent care at this hospital, thanks to the amazing nurses and doctors who go above and beyond for their patients. I was very anxious and extremely worried about induced labor, but the nurses were so kind, knowledgeable , and reassuring the whole time. Two amazing nurses that stood out were Christine and Kelly and of course my incredible obgyn Dr. Faro! He truly is a gem. I hope the hosptial gets recognized for their superior care of patients during and after childbirth.
