Buying a home was truly a roller coaster ride, but it was all worth it to find a place that we genuinely love.
My husband and I, along with our dog, had been searching for the perfect home for over two years. We started browsing while we were still living in our one-bedroom condo, but finding the right house wasn't easy. Many were overpriced, outdated, or located too far from our workplaces.
When we finally decided it was time to upgrade, Michelle helped us sell our condo. Within just one month, she found a buyer, allowing us to move into a rental condo while we took the time to save more for our future home. Renting for a year gave us the flexibility to be patient and wait for the right opportunity instead of settling.
Throughout the entire process, Michelle was incredibly patient, supportive, and dedicated. We toured what felt like countless homes—definitely more than 20—and each one seemed to have something that just wasn't right. There were moments when I felt bad because every house we looked at had an issue, but Michelle never made us feel rushed or pressured. She understood that we wanted to find the right home, not just any home.
When we finally found the one, Michelle handled the negotiations with the seller professionally and made the entire buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
