Dr. Hussein is an excellent physician—thorough, attentive, and clearly committed to patient care. I truly appreciate the time and detail he brings to each visit.
However, the office staff could benefit from better time management practices. I waited 80 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before being seen. If delays are expected, a courtesy call or text to reschedule or adjust arrival time would go a long way in respecting patients’ time and improving the overall experience.
