Everyone from the front desk to the dental team was so friendly and welcoming.

My son is only 4, and he ended up needing a procedure that I wasn't prepared for. I was pretty nervous, but the dentist and staff were incredible. They were so patient, kind, and did everything they could to make the procedure as easy and comfortable as possible for him. They really went above and beyond to help him feel safe.

As a mom, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm so thankful for how well they took care of my son. I would absolutely recommend this office, especially to parents with young kids!

Punctuality and front desk friendliness leave a lot to be desired. We were on time for our early morning appointment (mind you, routine check up for 3 year old) only to be left waiting 15 minute plus, no apology, no explanation. I also find some of the medical staff sometimes salesy / pushy in their recommendations for non- necessary procedures. Facilities are nice.

Staff was friendly and very respectful and polite to both children and adults. I recently came here for a filling and I was in and out in less than an hour. Super helpful and knowledgeable, windows are nice and big. 10/10

As always the office staff are courteous, patient and nonjudgmental. Our hygienist, Kayli is patient and has many gentle strategies to help our daughter have a successful visit! Dr Matt is equally as kind and patient during the dental exam and also is able to help our daughter have a successful visit. The best part is I feel like they truly enjoy having our daughter as a patient, even when it is not easy! 100% recommend PDA in Winchester!

I had my son's treatment there. Next time when we asked for appointment because of issues with their previous treatment, they did not give him appointment saying he is not a regular patient. We went to another pediatric dental and the x-ray showed that there were imperfect and incomplete root canals leading to infection and the pulled out the tooth.
The behavior of dentists were good, but the treatment quality and customer service and sense of responsibility were absolutely awful.

Billing department is completely unprofessional and refused to call my insurance provider to confirm coverage. They told me I need to figure it out and suggested I take my daughter elsewhere.. I will definitely do that!

Dr wu was truly excellent for my son. He was nervous to get teeth pulled. She treated him with such kindness and care. What a wonderful person and dentist.

Terrible experience! Two instances have occurred the first one was at the Reading office. Receptionist extremely rude to me because if miscommunication from office prior to appointment. After dismissing my son from school they wouldn’t see him without me paying upfront even though we had insurance. The receptionist was so rude and disrespectful to me that they had me in tears. Today we were five minutes late for out appointment and the doctor refused to take us after I dismissed my daughter from school. They sent out a hygienist to tell the receptionist right after we checked in. I will be taking my kids out of this practice. The only person that is nice at this practice is Dr. Matt!

Whether I’ve taken my daughter to see Dr Matt or when Dr Sean has filled in, we have yet to have a bad experience. Both doctors and all of the staff go above and beyond to make you and your kid feel comfortable. If you are looking for a place that truly caters to your children’s comfort level and dental care, PDA Winchester is absolutely the best place to bring your kids.

My husband took my daughter for her second cleaning to PDA. He had forgotten the insurance card. He called me and ask me to read the group number for him. While he was on the phone with me the secretary was pushing pressure on him that either he pays right away or they will loose their appointment. I asked for just few minutes to bring my wallet, they took my daughter to the room. I called my husband few minutes later and he told me right after taking them to the room somehow they changed their mind and asked them to leave and call for another appointment. It took me just few minutes to locate the insurance number. It’s disappointing that they have zero trust and patience with their patients. And I don’t find it appropriate to take the kid to the room and then asking her to leave just because they couldn’t wait for 3 minuetes for the insurance number. We will never go there again ...
