I saw the owner, or a supervisor violently snatch paper from an elderly secretary! I immediately, said hey that was rude! He stormed off, and she defended him, saying he plays around. Her reaction was as she was scared and intimidated of him! Straight trash! I walked around and was told a salesman would come out, Noone ever showed up!

Buyer beware. I spoke with Jennifer by phone about a consignment Newmar, she was very helpful and also did a number of short videos that she texted me. She also answered a number of detailed questions that were not available online, and I had few more questions, that she stated that she would need to call the seller.
After 3-4 days of no response I sent an email to find if she had heard back from the seller. No response. After a week I called, I was told she was on the phone. The gentleman I spoke with said he could help, but I explained Jennifer had my list of questions for the seller and I needed those answered before I sent over my 3rd party inspector to inspect the coach. The gentleman said I would need to be present during the inspection. I told him I was out of town and before I invested time and money to travel i wanted to understand if this was a coach I would like to make an offer on. I then asked if I needed to be present for their in house inspection, after he deflected answering that question numerous times, he admitted that I would not need to be present for their inspection. He said all third party inspection failed, and then I said apparently then your inspections never do. This is a hugh red flag for me. So do to poor follow up and trust I will not do business with PPL.

I am EXTREMELY UNSTATISFIED. THEY SIGNED AN APPRAISAL and then CHANGED THE PRICE. I expect someone from corporate to make it right.
