They are a mismanage, don't know what they doing medical staff. I went in to get my vitamin D. Level, i was told I didn't need a vitamin D to be check even though I have a history of low vitamin D. After i persist to have the lab done with other lab work later i found out someone cancel that vitamin D. After that went back in 2 days got my vitamin D check my vitamin D. Level was extremely low, even though i was told that I didn't need to have it. They are so incompetent it's absolutely unbelievable. And the sadest thing I've been going to this clinic since I was a infant to now adulthood and wow do they suck.

My mother and I have been unsuccessful in reaching their dental clinic by phone following an appointment for a tooth abscess. The provider recommended to be started on antibiotics and stated they will send med to preferred pharmacy . No med has been sent and the patient is still experiencing issues with this tooth . I find this extremely unprofessional, poor patient follow up and practice . I may have to report this if there is no solution .

Our family has gone there for years. All the providers are great and courteous
Been coming here for a few years and generally everything was okay. In October I got an unexpected bill from a checkup.
I called billing, gave them my new insurance I fo,and they said it was resolved. Since then I have continued to get several bills and every time I have called them back they haven't responded. Finally decided to go in person to get this sorted. Sat in the waiting room for 10-15 minutes only to be told that the billing team isn't here today. I am disappointed and frustrated beyond measure. I just wanted healthcare, not a three ring circus

Excellent experience from start to finish! The staff was welcoming, and the dentist was very thorough and gentle. They made sure I understood every step of the treatment and answered all my questions patiently. The clinic was spotless and had a very comfortable environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I’ve been going to this clinic for over 20 years, and it truly feels like a second home. I originally saw Elizabeth Ham, who was amazing, and when she retired, I worried no one could fill her shoes. Thankfully, I was blessed with Dr. Camille, who has been phenomenal. As someone in healthcare, I can tell she genuinely cares about her patients, is thorough, and always goes the extra mile, often consulting specialists to ensure the best care. My whole family sees her now, and I’m always happy to refer others.
While I’ve seen some negative reviews about the front desk, I’ve personally always been greeted with a smile. Yes, it can get busy, but I’ve never experienced rudeness.
Besides Dr. Camille, doctors like Dr. Black, Dr. Levy, Dr. Hamrick, and Dr. Gonzalez are also outstanding providers. The clinic is clean and well-maintained. Although the kids’ play area is smaller than before, I understand they needed more office space.
Overall, this is a fantastic clinic with compassionate providers and great staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I was assigned this medical practice when I changed insurance. You cannot get an appointment as a new patient by phone. According to the front desk, you need to come in person to fill out forms. I did this and then was informed it would be 4-6 days when I would receive a phone call from them so I can make an appointment. It’s been 8 days and not one call from them. Do yourself a favor. If you’re looking for a new doctor, consider this warning a red flag. 🚩 Do NOT select this medical practice!

Lucky? Blessed? Or just coincidentally I gave the BEST Doctor a guy like myself can ask for!!!! Dr. Trieu is simply God Sent.. what she has done for me is one thing but the way she makes me feel is another. She Pushes and Drives me and my health like another wife..
She is simply great. Comforting when she has to be but tough when She should be.. I’m not an easy guy to take care of.. keeping me on track is hard but she’s one who is geared towards challenging.. I’ve cried & laughed in that office but I’ve made strides while not affecting my family life.. what else can I ask for.. thanks Dr Trieu, truly one of a kind…
I’ve been going here for over 15 years and the last 5 years has been challenging to continue being a patient here. The front desk staff is like a revolving door. I was having a problem with my asthma and was told by the front desk staff that they cannot write a prescription without seeing a doctor and no appointments were available right away and they don’t have any on site- in short the nurse did in fact give me a sample asthma pump. I thought the front desk staff was way out of line and should have let me speak to the nurse in the first place as I was in distress- another I experienced racism with a doctor who has since retired. Today I was told I needed an appointment for a referral to a chiropractor which isn’t necessary because am not injured; my insurance covers 26 visits per year because I work construction. The point I’m making is the front desk staff and a few of the doctors are petty and In accommodating but the nursing staff is amazing. Too many bad experiences to go without feeling the need to at least give my opinion in regards to a review.

Overall, our experience has been positive. This is a good local clinic for adults. The facility is clean; the reception staff is mostly friendly and knowledgeable; the physicians are very good.
I can’t give it 5 stars because it isn’t quite there when it comes to care for children. We had our two young children here and had to go to urgent care three times because they couldn’t fit us in for a sick visit the same day. This can be stressful and I decided to take the kids to a different clinic where they can see us same day, and provide urgent sick visits on weekends and a specialized nursing and medical staff working only with children.
We also did not use the dental care because they don’t provide care for crowns or root canal. So, for me, it isn’t worth using a dental practice where they can’t provide a wide range of services.
Overall, for adult General Medicine this is a great practice!
