Due to covid the place is now spacious and there is no problems waiting for elevators. You will need your Bmcc ID to get to the building and also to use the elevators.

I think this is the best building in the school. It is also very new because the old one was damaged beyond repair on 9/11. However, they need to add more chairs in front of the windows on each floor. Every time I try to sit down, all of the chairs are taken. Also, the elevators are basically useless, so I have to use the stairs to get to all my classes.
I also forgot to mention the escalators are not wide enough. There should be enough space for people to stand on the right, but walk up/down on the left. There is only room for the width of one person, and that causes a problem.

The Borough of Manhattan Community College has a very good reputation as an Institution for higher learning.

As part of the City University System, they do an above average job in educational pursuits.

I work and play here. It's a modern building with a decent cafe and an art gallery on the main floor. Great to have such nice views.
Elevator service is not good. You will wait forever if you need handicap elevator.
