I had SI joint fusion surgery on 10/22/25. I was fortunate enough to have Amber as my pre-op nurse. She was a blessing. If you are lucky enough to have her, just lay back, enjoy her pretty smile and let her work. She is good at her job. Everyone there was great. If you have to have surgery, this is a great place to have it done.

I had an emergency visit to BMC North Hospital and was incredibly impressed by the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was fast and efficient. The staff were absolutely amazing! Professional, compassionate and attentive to my needs. They made a stressful situation so much more manageable with their calm and caring approach. I am truly grateful for the excellent care I received. Highly recommend this hospital for anyone in need of urgent medical attention! Special mention to Dr Mohammad Sadat, Rachel, Cris, Nichole, Mambwe, Tiara, Marcio, Jessica and Siji. Thank you so much!

“The staff (Yeni, Maria, Monica, Isabel) was caring and professional from start to finish. The doctors explained everything clearly, and nurse Abhay went above and beyond to make my mom comfortable. Very clean and well-organized facility. Highly recommend!”

I had an amazing experience here. My son came here for his eye being swollen and they treated him with care and reassured both of us they would take care of him. From the door to the room, all staff has excellent customer service and genuine concern for patients. He had to get 2 shots and they were very gentle with him and showed concern instead of frustration from him being nervous.
Gave all information on what was going to be done and did not rush through paper work like other places. They make sure you understand what will be done and what you are signing. Very nice and great environment. Super clean and peaceful. I would recommend anyone to home here over any other place. 10 stars if I could give that.

When I say this is hands down the best emergency room I have been to in my entire life. everybody in there is super friendly and sweet. I didn't get a creepy, weird feeling like I do in some other hospitals.And we were seen within the first five minutes we were there. My nephew had some things going on with his eye and had to take to sho. They treated him very well and was very patient with him. This was also one of the quickest visits i've been to. I would recommend anybody to bring their kids or themselves here to get taken care of .

Made my appt same day and was in and out 10min. That includes checking in. Everyone is always smiling here.

This was the quickest ER I have ever been to, the staff was amazing from the receptionist to Jello and Criss the nurses and Dr Okereke, the bedside manor was top notch which is hard to find these days. They did not rush and was very thorough and compassionate and showed genuine concern for my daughter.
