Alex, my salesperson, was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed, and he took the time to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted.

Giovanni in the Finance Department was equally impressive. He made what can sometimes be the least enjoyable part of buying a vehicle incredibly smooth and straightforward. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and was professional and personable throughout the entire process.

Alex and Giovanni are both excellent representatives of BMW and genuinely made this one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I’ve had. I couldn’t be happier with my new X3 or with the level of service I received. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a BMW at Houston North.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Lincoln Nautilus from BMW of Houston North. From start to finish, the process was professional, transparent, and completely stress-free.
Sean in Sales was excellent—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He made the entire experience enjoyable and took the time to answer every question thoroughly.
Amy in Finance was equally outstanding. She clearly explained all of my options, helped me choose the protection plans that best fit my needs, and even followed up after the sale to answer additional questions. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.

I recently brought my 230i to BMW of Houston North . This was my first time going to the dealership since relocating my car from New Jersey. I needed a scheduled maintenance, recall, and repairs to my rims. Adam my service representative was helpful on the usual care and extremely helpful in arranging the fixes to my rims which I had purchased through the New Jersey dealership. After having a relationship for years in NJ I was concerned about going to a new unknown dealer. My experience with BMW of Houston North was a pleasant surprise. I will continue to use them and I recommend them anyone looking for good reliable service and care for their BMW.

From the day that I called and was connected with shaun M explained what I was looking for the research that I’ve done and knew that the cars were hard to locate. He asked me about what details and told me he would get back to me as soon as he located a car he did an excellent job. It took us a few days. We communicated by phone and emails and text when he located the car we schedule a day to come in and finish the transaction
I came into the dealership was greeted and treated with professionalism and excitement of the new purchase of my BMW M850 I convertible 2026 Shaun and his team lived up to my expectations and I was very satisfied I would recommend their service and their staff when someone’s trying to find the car of their dreams

I had a scheduled appointment but due to an unforeseen event my vehicle was taken care of with excellent service the next day…..Mr Richard Dahl kept me informed throughout the entire process which made me feel at ease…I really appreciated that!! I recently purchased a CPO X5 from BMW Houston North and overall it was a good experience. I reached out to the Internet sales department prior to going into the dealership and they were very transparent and prompt in providing requested information. Once I was in the dealership I ended up working with a different sales person (Matthew) than I'd originally communicated with and he was absolutely wonderful! He was helpful, honest, and did everything he could to ensure I was happy with my purchase. He even took the time to set my phone up in my new car! Thank you so much to Matthew, Craig, and team for helping me purchase my first BMW!

I had an excellent experience at BMW Houston North. From start to finish, the level of customer service was outstanding.

My service advisor, Adrian, did an amazing job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. He communicated every step of the way through text messages, which made everything convenient and stress-free. I always knew the status of my vehicle and what to expect next.

What really stood out was that Adrian even followed up after my visit to make sure everything was going well. That level of customer service is hard to find and truly appreciated.

I typically take my BMW to another dealership for service, but I think BMW Houston North may have stolen me away! Thank you, Adrian, and the entire team for providing such a great experience. I'll definitely be back.
