It was terrible in paid off maintenance for a new engine and my problem with the engine never stopped. I told them about it constantly but they only cared to take my payment. They were disrespectful and they took advantage of me. I only kept making payments because of my credit. It was unfair how they treated me especially during covid knowing that I made both car and maintenance payments while it still wasn’t fixed.

I knew a guy that worked here and these people 100% for sure send cars from another location that was flooded and fixed then at the other location and sold then like new. So yea. Just remembered that so i figured i would put it on here.

I’m going to let you guys know right now BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!! I Receive two cars from here my car stay in the shop since day ten always pay on time for both cars never been late this company decides to change systems or upgrade their system and they pick up one of my cars that was on auto pay so they are sending emails but it doesn’t have JD by rider or rodeo Auto logo on it so they pick up my second car they were all smiles when I purchase these cars but the attitudes of the finance representatives for rodeo Auto I have been hung up on the car was picked up Saturday 6/19/2021 I’ve been calling since Saturday Here it is Wednesday, June 23, 2021 I still haven’t received any resolution very bad and nasty attitudeNo help whatsoever my cars live in the car repair shop please beware before you sign anything. I’m out of more than $3000 I’m just so upset at the manor and attitudes this company very poor poor poor poor poor poor poor poor poor poor poor poor poor poorService you can’t talk to any one authority I have been hung up on and lied to countless amount of times again!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
