DO NOT USE CIGNA INSURANCE. THEY TOLD ME MY SURGERY WAS FULLY COVERED AND ISSUED AUTHORISATION CODE. THEY TOLD ME THAT THE SURGERY WAS NOT COVERED ONE WEEK BEFORE MY SURGERY!!!!
