Service department was helpful and kind. This was my first experience there since I had been going to a different honda dealership. Easy Honda was professional and experienced. Definitely will return there for service or for a future vehicle. They even washed my Prologue making it look new again. Also, thanks for the loaner car while mine was getting fixed!

My wife and I went to Easy Honda- Formerly Spring Branch, to look for a CR-V. We thought it would be the typical high pressure tactics I've experienced at two other Honda dealers, one on the SW side near 59 and BW8. We met with David and he calmly and professionally introduced Mr. Edgar, who I believe is a great example of Customer Care. He spent some extra time with us on a busy Saturday.
We found a 2026 CR-V for a similar price and it was the trim and color my wife wanted.
Easy Honda is highly recommended and I will be sending family and friends ASAP. This past Saturday, I took it back to Service with an appointment, to finish tinting and final polishing and they did a great job and took very good care of me, and Mr. Edgar even came out to service to check on the work and ensure I was satisfied.
