Visit 3-6-2024:
I took my daughter to the ER at Houston Methodist Hospital - Clear Lake because she hurt her ankle in Athletics. We found out she had a level 2 sprain. The emergency entrance was easy to navigate with a walker and crutches. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. The front waiting room is a little small but was not crowded when we went around 6 p.m., and was clean. We were seen quickly(about 10 mins.) and the triage was fast(about 5-10 mins.). We were moved to a smaller, secondary wait room(photo attached). There were a few rows of chairs, 2 wall-mounted TVs for patients to use, and medical equipment. The nurses and doctors meet with you in this room. The staff were understanding and patiently answered questions. This hospital has a text message system that alerts you to what's going on with the patient at each step of the treatment. I was really impressed with this feature! My daughter had x-rays: the room was clean and the technician was efficient. The doctor notified us of the results and sent us home. In the past, I have personally used this ER and highly recommend it to everyone.

My wife delivered our twins over here, and we are very pleases with our delivery and after delivery care experience. All the nurses and staff are caring, friendly and loving. It is one of the best hospital in Houston if you want to decide for the location to deliver your baby.

This is one of the best hospitals we’ve ever been to. My mother was admitted from the ER and they took great care of her while she was there for 5 days. The nurses and staff are amazing. We had a few little issues but Hospital Relations stops by every day and works to resolve any concerns or issues you have. It’s clean and the food is very decent. Highly recommend!

When we retired to Central Texas, we wanted to find a place where we could get all of our medical care in one place. We chose Houston Methodist West and we’re so glad we did. Only a little more than an hour’s drive away from Weimar, we have first class primary care, cardiology, pulmonology, orthopedics and probably more that thankfully, we haven’t needed yet! Most of our doctors utilize MyChart which makes keeping track of appointments, test results and messages so easy. The staff are always friendly, free parking is always available and they take great care of us!

What an amazing experience we had! Absolutely amazing bedside care from start to finish! Thank you to all nurses who assisted my mom during her breast surgery!
