I want to share this story about Willowbrook wound care center I want to give thanks to the entire staff especially dr. Lee he saved my life Wednesday December 24th he told me to go to the emergency room because I had a blood clot which I did he saved my life thanks dr. Smith Tower has a serious need for MORE Handicapped parking spaces by elevators. Medical tower with insufficient handicapped parking, really!

In my personal experience, I can say that absolutely everyone at the hospital was very kind. From the moment I entered the emergency room, everyone was very attentive with a smile on their face. I understand it was slow because there were many patients waiting in the ER, but they do their best. Once I was admitted, everyone was excellent: the cleaning staff, the food service staff, the nurses, the doctors, the transport staff—everyone was excellent. I had a very good experience. 👌
