This company is really strange. Their service is poor, and they didn’t help me find affordable insurance. When I decided to switch to another company, they kept asking me a bunch of questions. Why don’t they reflect on their own problems instead?

The knowledge their agent has in dealing with insurance policy renewal is very subpar, and has created a huge inconvenience to me. They are not able to provide professional advice regarding the best course of action to take when it comes time for renewal, especially when you're purchasing a new car. What a disappointment.

This insurance company is very bad.The health insurance broker is irresponsible.Since we applied for medical insurance, we have not received the insurance for our children for five months, I called the insurance card company myself, only to find out that one of my children’s name was not registered, but the bill were all named, and the child is sick has no insurance card. In these emergencies, Who should I find responsible for such a rigorous mistakes? It’s hard to forgive. Very impatient attitude!

BEST insurance agent! Jenny and staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. Most everything can be done via e-mail or phone call. You can even text them. I've been using their services for home and auto insurance since 2018. I am always happy with the 'above and beyond' customer service. Highly recommend!

If I could give 0 star, I will.
This agent disappeared once we payed the insurance, which leads to overcharging of our auto+home insurance.
The next year this agent somehow showed up asking for renewal, after I said clearly that I don't want to renew, I got a bill from insurance company (nationwide) saying that I wasn't cancelled.
Stay away if you could.
