Very frustrating experience with Logan Boenning & Johnathan Hageman @ JLL.
I was a serious buyer ready to move forward for months. My attorney sent out comments and followed up multiple times, but there was no response for weeks. Meanwhile, I was given vague updates and the runaround.
Only later did I find out another contract was being negotiated the entire time without being disclosed. I was essentially kept on hold in case that deal fell through.
This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable, especially from a firm like JLL.

No one taking care everything. No pick the phone, no respond Email, all the phone call at headquarter for months. May be the company is too big, they don't care about our small potato.

Apparently JLL have no qualms breaking noise ordinances, I have to wonder what other laws they’re willing to break. Incessant drilling directly outside residential buildings for hours starting at 6:30 am on a Saturday.

When you call the main phone number or the regional offices you are prompted for a person's name which is great if you know someone there. If you don't know anyone pressing 0 gets you the option to enter someone's name.SUPER FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!
