My grandma has been here at this hospital for two weeks. And so far her care has been good .The staff overall has been nice the only real complaint would be the response time of staff.

I would recommend this facility to family and friends because, it's actually a nice place. They keep it clean, they are attentive to my needs. Very polite and intelligent . Seem to be knowledgeable about their job. The therapist are great i actually hate when i have to miss Charles and T are great as well. They make sure you do what you need to do to get better. All my nurses have been great as well. But my overall stay has been excellent. There are a couple of female therapist that were great as well.
Thank you for the care

There is not enough ways to say thank you to the staff of Kindred. Throughout my stay, every single staff member has been able to help me recover. I wouldn’t be where I’m at without their support and kindness. I will be forever thankful for each, and every one of the staff!

My mother was at the inpatient rehabilitation center (2nd floor) for 14 days. Meredith Chiong, RN, helped tremendously in communicating with her (she speaks Tagalog) as well as checking in with her whenever she worked. I cannot say enough positive things about Meredith, she went above and beyond what was necessary.

Staff is lazy and rude; The nurses and nurses assistants don’t seem to know their jobs, looks confused majority of the time. Lacks care for patients. The facility like all the others are older and are very humid and smells old and dirty, they have problems with ants and other insects. You have to stay on them to do their jobs, repositioning is almost impossible if you are not there, so your loved one will leave with bed sores if you are not on them. Barely suctioning patients, will let it build up before they do anything. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, your loved one will leave worse than they came.

This place should really reconsider calling themselves a hospital. At the very least, the receptionist lady working the front desk on Sunday 4/12/26 at approximately 2:15pm needs some serious retraining on what do in an emergency situation. I came into what I thought was a hospital on this particular day. While driving in the area nearby, I began to experience an anaphylactic allergic reaction (first time in my life). By the way I was feeling (hot, itchy, and like my throat was starting to swell) I knew I needed to get medical care immediately. I checked my map and saw Kindred Hospital was 1 min away and the closest hospital to me so I drove over there. I walked into the lobby and over to the receptionist desk. It was getting difficult for me to speak but I was able to mumble to her that I’m having an allergic reaction and struggling to breathe. She immediately and very rudely told me they didn’t have an ER and I needed to go somewhere else. At this point my situation is declining rapidly and breathing is becoming extremely difficult and it is hard for me to stand up straight so I’m literally leaning on the receptionist counter. I think she began to realize how dire my situation was and asked if she wanted me to call the paramedics. I shook my head yes and she said ok, but she would have to call her supervisor first. She directed me to walk over to the far end of the lobby and sit down at a table with chairs (mind you, this is past many other empty chairs in the lobby). She truly made me feel like I was inconveniencing her with my life threatening situation. I barely had the strength to take a few steps to the chair nearest to me. I was slumped over in a chair and managed to dial 911 on my cell phone (while she was on the phone with her supervisor) and through very shallow breaths tell them I needed an ambulance and where I was. An ambulance arrived within 5-6 min and administered the epinephrine that saved my life and then took me to a real hospital. I do understand that I mistakenly drove to a “hospital” that was not in fact a true hospital, but the fact that this person did not show any decency or compassion to another human being that was experiencing a life threatening situation should really by addressed by company management.
