Purchasing a New Home
I started my search for a new home in April 2026, and went to one of Philip A. Raices, listing from Turn Key Real Estate. I want to thank him for taking the time to listen to my needs, requests, and price range. We looked at properties and found a Co-op that fits my needs perfectly.
He explained in detail and helped me through the purchasing process including banking, lawyer, inspection, and the review of all the documents. He assisted with closing which was completed without any problems.

I really appreciate your comments and when you and your sister get back, let’s go out for a drink cause it is holiday ⏱️ and we have to release & reduce & eliminate all the negatives & Stresses & put them out of the picture and on the side to just relax and have some fun and some enjoyment, doesn’t that make sense🤔<br><br>It surely makes a lot sense in my brain and generally, it makes a lot of cents & 💵💵💵💵💵💵 in my pocketbook & in my bank account, when recharging my battery & eliminating all the crap & STRESSES of life & assisting others Who really don’t know how to do that WHICH I am a Profesxional & expert at accomplishing!😉<br><br>

Phil helped us sell our old home and buy our new one. He sold our home for just slightly under the asking price (which he advised us on) with only one extremely busy and successful open house.
