The male doctor and nurse assistant are so RUDE here. They were not kind at all and did not make me comfortable. The Dr wanted to examine me and I said no thanks he then said he can’t treat me off of symptoms and to go see my primary care Dr. Mind you no one offered me a female to examine me. They also asked me to sign a paper saying I refused service. I will not be paying this bill as proper care was not given. The receptionist were nice, that’s it. They also had my sister waiting an hour to get treated for flu symptoms when NO ONE ELSE was even there. Will never come back!

The volunteers were great people .The hospital was very clean I don't know what else to say but I was very happy to be there and they got my nerves down . GOD BLESS ALL THE HANDS THAT WORK THERE AND THEIR FAMILIES .

Thank you for taking the time to share this with us - your feedback is appreciated.
I recently visited Memorial Hermann TMC MRI at 6411 Fannin St., Houston, and had a wonderful experience thanks to Vicky Lawrence, the MRI Front Desk Coordinator. She was friendly, compassionate, and made my mom feel very comfortable. She truly cares about patients and even came back during her lunch break to help us. First impressions matter, and she represents the hospital with professionalism and genuine kindness. Memorial Hermann is lucky to have her!
I had my PET scan done today and the techs were so awesome both of them. They were really nice and polite and able to start the iv on me. That's impressive. Please recognize and give them the reward please. Thank you again.
I just want to thank you all for taking care of my mother in very professional and loving way as I witnessed when I was there. Yall deserve more than 5 out 5 rating. May God bless you all.

Thank you for sharing your positive feedback. We value your perspective.
Just had a procedure done. My cardiologist and his team were/are amazing. Everything pre-op went great. But my stay at the hospital for 2 days were a joke. The rooms are shared. There is no peace or quiet to recover. There is zero privacy and family members can’t stay with their loved ones. Nurses speak about you in their language to other nurses while standing in front of you, while sleeping at night they blast you with the overhead lights without any regard, you call them and they take forever to come help you. The nurses assistants treated me better and with more kindness than the nurses and doctors. The doctors saw me once for 2 minutes. Will never go there again.

I have been trying relentlessly for over a month to get my medical records, today I am not one step closer I'm dealing with PTSD. Trying to get my medical records to prove my case military veteran and it is easier to go fight a war than it is to get them from memorial Hermann hospital.

Came here with blood clot symptoms, the staff was great the registration, doctors, ER nurses, X-ray tech, CT tech. Best experience at a memorial Hermann hospital I’ve had. Very clean hallways and rooms. Thank you so much!

Thank you for your kind words, we appreciate your feedback.
Simply amazing! Every person I interacted with was professional, kind, and treated me as if I was the only patient. It was outpatient hernia repair. If I could give more than five stars, I would!
