Ugh, rude & loud night nurses...🤬Unprofessional night crew during my mother's stay after stroke. Half cleaned rooms & uncoordinated recovery efforts were shady to say the least! If you love your loved ones don't bring them here. We can't wait to be discharged. A very horrific experience. It should be NO STARS!

I had a MRI done at this location. The whole experience from check in with Tasha to the actual MRI imaging with Gary was so excellent! They were fast, professional, and kind. Gary went out of his way to make sure I felt safe and comfortable during the testing. I highly recommend this location.

Pay extra close attention to your EOB!! Even better, avoid this center. On the day of your surgery these folks will strong-arm you into paying what they "estimate" to be your co-pay/deductibles. Beware of giving your checking account information if you plan to pay that amount in payments. They will continue to draft your bank account even after the balance has been paid in full. When you call to dispute, they'll refer you to their third-party billing company to wash their hands of you. My insurance company was also charged more than $6k in anesthesiology services. There were duplicate charges of $3000 for one surgery. When I inquired about these charges, I was told by officer manager Theresa Mitchum, she couldn't discuss it with me and referred me to the third-party anesthesiology provider that just so happens to never answer their phone!! I am beyond frustrated with this sham operation and taking my complaint to the medical board. This is a perfect example of what's wrong with our healthcare system. Patients are given no choice and little to no disclosure about possible costs or additional charges they will incur. You're at the mercy of the surgery center and they can pretty much charge you for anything they want.

like everywhere. We found people with great vocation and good attitude, but others who disappoint us. I want to mention two Labor and delivered nurses. They are called Telma and Felicia, they "make a difference" thank you for your excellence

Would not recommend this facility to no one. Staff is rude. Receptionists goofing around talking about where to buy ice cream.
They canceled my appointment twice now: first time because their machines weren’t working. Second time for arriving 10 minutes late (still within my 15 minute limit) when traffic in Kingwood is filled with construction. They made me wait 45 minutes only to say we’ll need to reschedule.
The billing lady who told an elderly patient in front of me “thanks for signing away your kidney!” Is this what they were taught by management?
I’m not rescheduling here ever. Nor recommending. Will try another facility that actually cares about people.

So far , I love the hospital the staff and all are sweet I really like my doctor which is , dr deAyala he is awesome ! I’m 37 weeks and can’t wait to deliver here 😊

Got us in and out for surgery! Staff was courteous, kept me informed while my husband was in surgery!
