In the past I’ve received excellent service. NOT TODAY. I checked in at 2pm, had to leave at 4pm to pick up baby and still waiting for MD. Came back at 8pm and as of 11:20pm no one has even asked me about pain, pain meds, or see the Dr. I’ve called 3x for pain and still nothing 🤬

Yesterday I went back to the same ER, and luckily that saved a lot of paperwork at registration.
The first step was registration, which was done quickly cuz of my last visit in March this year.
After registration, Joyce helped me with my vitals and explained the test procedure.
I didn't wait too long, and Dr. Elizabeth took care of the paperwork and sent me to the room.
Dennis took care of the EKG, and another nurse did the bloodwork.
Finally, a CT Scan was done by Tiffany.
All steps were accomplished smoothly, and everyone was very kind and responsible.
This is a Methodist ER open 24 hours with plenty of parking.
Thank you to everyone who works there
Really nice staff and doctors. When we went, it was not crowded.
This place is clean and next to Chick-fil-A :)
