I was really just hoping for better customer service. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes and never actually got the opportunity to speak with a supervisor or manager. I also felt that I was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner.
On top of that, my truck was kept at the service center for an entire week for what should have been a simple transmission recall. They also attempted to charge me money for the recall work, which I believe should have been covered. The lack of communication, excessive wait time, and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience. I expected to be treated with respect and to receive much better service throughout this process.
They supposedly completed the recall, however my vehicle is still doing the same thing it was doing before. When I asked why it had been there for so long, I was told they replaced various things such as the rear camera and other components, but I later found out those items were not actually replaced. I also have a tracker on the vehicle in addition to the FordPass app, and it showed that the truck was at a bar during the time it was supposed to be at the service center. When I brought this up to the service advisor, he said he was going to deal with it, but I have not received any clear explanation or resolution. Also update after having the Truck over the week at my house noticed a big puddle of oil ford left the transmission thing loose leaked oil all over my new driveway stay away from this dealer for service and sales the only good thing about them is the parts department

If I could leave no star, I would trust me, on May 15 I had my left vehicle there. For an issue that I wanted resolved ,jose zendejas was appointed to us i explained to him what the matter was and what I needed to get done to our 2021 ford escape , i told him that my truck could not connect to the inspection stations,
And that it needed to get a gateway module update , right off the back, he said. No, it does not need that. He did not do any kind of further research, he said that it needed to get diagnosed first , i said fine, So I left it there to get worked on the following week on May 19th. He calls me and says the truck is ready. I told him what was wrong with the truck. He said he did a couple of tests on it.And that was it, i said, go ahead and do the state inspection and of course it wouldn't connect to the state's computer also. Bottom line here is that he is useless and to top it off he was very arrogant and rude from the beginning ,
He just said there's nothing we can do for you take it to the DMV !
HORRIBLE service advisor
My wife asked for the price of an inspection, his words were" $18.50, like any other place would charge!"
Very rudely
This is not how you treat customers.
Thanks to CHASTANG FORD that was on top of there stuff ,they got it resolved . Super professional and knowledgeable service team.
Not like Tommie Vaughn.

I would like to share my parents’ experience with Tommy Vaughn Ford after they were sold a salvage 2025 Tesla Model Y that will not supercharge. The salesmen informed them to take it to Tesla for repair.
Tesla stated that after entering the VIN number, the vehicle was showing as having a salvage title. After inspecting the vehicle, Tesla informed them the car had over $22,000 worth of prior damage that appeared to have been repaired illegally and unsafely. They were told electrical lines had allegedly been glued together instead of being properly repaired. If those lines had failed while driving, it could have caused a very serious accident and potentially put innocent lives at risk.
Tesla also confirmed the vehicle was considered unrepairable and needed to be totaled out. This information was shared with the sales representatives, and their response was simply asking if they could find them another car.
On top of that, their credit has reportedly been run repeatedly without authorization, and instead of properly resolving the issue, they were offered another auction vehicle ,a Genesis even though they were specifically shopping for a Tesla.
Pastor Osorio and Patrick were involved in the deal.
We are sharing this experience so others can be aware and thoroughly inspect.

Made an appointment, called back and asked if it could be done earlier. They said they had an opening Friday at 2:00PM and said they booked it for me. Showed up at appointment time and they said they have no record of it. This isn't even Ford OEM, just take your car to Take 5 and save half your money and half the time.

I recently purchased a 2021 Ford F-150 Lariat from Tommie Vaughn Ford in Houston. The vehicle was advertised online as “Ford Blue Certified,” which includes inspection and warranty coverage.
After the purchase, I was not provided any certification paperwork or warranty details. Shortly after, I was informed the truck had a coolant issue that could require a full engine replacement.
When I returned to the dealership, I had to push multiple times and show proof of the listing before they acknowledged the certification. Even then, there was a delay in providing proper documentation, which raised concerns about whether the certification had actually been completed correctly.
During the financing process, I was presented with paperwork reflecting a much higher total amount than expected (around $50k vs. approximately $39k discussed), which I had to question before proceeding. I was also presented with additional add-ons that I had to decline and have removed.
In addition, the truck was not provided with a full tank of gas at delivery, and despite the situation, I was not offered any form of compensation for the inconvenience.
Due to the condition of the vehicle, the lack of transparency, and the overall experience, I chose to return the truck.
I recommend that anyone shopping here verify certification directly with Ford, carefully review all paperwork before signing, and request all documentation upfront. Do not rely solely on how the vehicle is advertised online.

Came on a Saturday. They were slow. Had 5 techs standing around the garage doing absolutely nothing. Most places make a 5 minute oil change. This place is home of the 5 hour oil change.

Don't bother going here, not worth what you will pay in any other quick lane. The techs here lost the oil pan skid plate cover on my Raptor and tried claiming it was never there. Thieves and incompetent.

Lady at quick lane tried to make me come back seem like they didn’t want my business. Simple oil change should not take 3 hours. Ppl with appointments kept coming in pushing me back. I don’t have the luxury of dropping my work vehicle off for the day. No tech working on the walk-in just appointments. They never talk to me and took ppl the was familiar with cars over mine even after I came in before them, they just made them a fake appointment to skip ahead the line. Either more help is needed or training. My time is just as important as the next person!!! I will shop we’re I am not wanted anymore!!!

I made an online appointment for a time that worked with my schedule. I called the day before to see how long the service takes to make sure I would be back in my office in time for an afternoon appointment and was assured that the service would take less than half an hour. Received an email the day of changing my appointment to a later time. Turns out their techs are at lunch from 11-12 so the 1130 appointment i scheduled wasn't even an option in the first place.

A 4 hour visit to the Tommie Vaughn quick lane resulted in significant damage ($2,000+ estimated repair; more than the car was even worth) to the backside of my Ford Focus. The Tommie Vaughn reps made no mention of this damage upon picking up my car, which cannot be missed as shown in the attached pictures. Will not be returning to either the Tommie Vaughn Ford dealer, Body Shop or Quick Lane after my recent experience. It is impossible that a camera nor a human saw the accident occur, given the small footprint of this facility and size of the damage. I met with the service rep, service manager, and even the owner who all refused to take any responsibility for the incident. The service manager tried to push the entire event off by not returning my calls, leaving me to initiate all conversation. I asked if they would simply meet me in the middle for a mere rebate on my (overpriced) service, and the service manager said "We will not do anything." This is all after they tried to claim there was no obstruction in the facility with the same color as the scrape and dent on my car (red i.e. the same color as the red poles on the premise). The color scrape was the same diameter as the entire dent on the car, undoubtedly proving that the incident occurred on their property and from a single incident. The most stressful facet of this experience was that I was trying to sell this car at the time to trade in for a vehicle for our expanding family as I am pregnant. When (a month+ later) I was able to sit down with the owner, I was offered a gift card to their Quicklane for future service. Laughable considering I would NEVER take my car here again and because I had already purchased a new vehicle by this time.
The negligence of this facility regarding care of my car while in their possession and attempts to push off my incident or sweep it under the rug was incomprehensible. The dent on my car came on the heels of my standard oil change and repairs to my car running up a $500 bill, because they did not share an estimate of these repairs while in possession of my car before completing them. I should be able to trust my dealership to provide obvious upfront information regarding repairs to my car; no upstanding dealership or maintenance center performs repairs at that amount without providing details of the repairs with estimates. Just another example of poor customer service.
If you want your car to be cared for and provide honest, transparent service, I would strongly recommend going anywhere else.
I will be transparent in that this incident occurred months ago. At the time I thought I would let my emotions simmer before posting the review. Also being pregnant during all of this was an added stressor. I still would hate for someone to go through the months long saga and run around that I did.
