My mom bought a vehicle from here about 3 weeks ago, not even a week later the truck started having problems, she has spent 4k already fixing the truck, plus 18k she paid for her vehicle. I do not recommend this place to anyone

I 100% recommend this dealership! Jaylyn was such a great help, she had nothing but smiles and such a great attitude. I almost left because I didn’t have hope but she persuaded me to stay & I got to leave the lot with my vehicle!! Thank you

They sold me a truck with a lean on it but advertised it as a clean title. Now I’m stuck with a truck that doesn’t have a title.

This is my 2nd vehicle with Ortiz auto sales and I travel from Dallas to purchase a Corolla with them.
Mr. Jesse is very patient and extremely helpful when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. He provides excellent customer service. If you are in the market for a Toyota ask for Jesse.

Don’t come here. The woman I worked with ,Jaylyn, was very kind and helpful while I was looking at cars on the lot but one of the managers (I assume) was rude to me and tried to rip me off like crazy. Good thing I’m smarter than that. He tried offering me way less than what my car is worth and tried to hike up the price of the possible trade in I was looking at. I will be happily doing business elsewhere. Jaylyn does a great job doing her job but the man I talked to afterwards about the trade in made me end up not do business with them.

Very quick process and got my car same day! Jessie was great at working the finance and Jaylyn was great at communicating with me throughout the process. Made the purchase time cut down a lot instead of waiting forever at other dealerships... I would recommend.

I had great experience with Mr Jesse helping getting my deal done. I was buying a 2023 suburban from there with 30k down, I went everywhere to get approved, no place nor bank approved me, until I met Jesse, he helped me alot and did everything possible to get me through.
