They had an advertisement for A/C checks $9.99. When I get there for the appointment it’s almost $150. I feel lied to. They told me the price difference was because my vehicle takes the new Freon but I didn’t see that exclusion on the advertisement.

This shop is absolutely amazing. Not only could I trust them with my car for two days and the problem actually get fixed, but it was at a good price as well.
Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and made sure that I was aware of what was happening with my car and even told me when and why it was going to take them longer than initially planned.
Pep boys will get all of my business from here on out and I cannot recommend them enough, definitely come here.

Today's visit was great!!!! He explained everything to me, even when I kinda didn't understand, lol. They fixed my tire and sent me on my way quickly with no hassles or trying to get me to buy extras. I'm pretty sure his name is Len.

I had an excellent experience at Pep Boys thanks to Rodney. I was there getting a tire changed on my rental car, and even though they didn’t originally have the tire I needed in stock, Rodney made sure to get it there quickly and kept everything moving in a timely manner.
On top of that, he was incredibly friendly and professional the entire time. It’s rare to get customer service that good these days. Rodney really went above and beyond to make a frustrating situation easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I needed new tires for my truck. Called Pepboys and spoke with Lynn. Told him what I needed and he informed me that there was a special on Cooper tires and to come now. Lynn took my truck in really quick and installed the tires I wanted. Lynn was very helpful and I appreciate his customer service. I also appreciate the mechanic Jay who worked on my truck.

Had a really good experience here today. I came in with my daughter because one of my rear tires had a screw in it and was losing air. The team checked everything, repaired the tire quickly, and explained that the rest of the tires would probably need replacement soon, but there was absolutely no pressure or pushy sales tactics.
What honestly surprised me the most is that they repaired the tire and didn’t even charge me for it. They simply asked me to leave an honest review. Very friendly staff, fast service, and they treated us with respect. Really appreciated the help today — definitely recommend this place.
