Update: I have updated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Ron Carter did have a dent repair technician inspect and attempt to correct the issue. Unfortunately, I was informed that the defect appears to have originated during manufacturing and is not something that can be repaired through paintless dent removal. I now have to pursue a warranty claim with Ram to have it resolved.
While I appreciate that they made an effort to inspect the problem, I do wish the dealership had been more willing to help before I had to leave a negative review. Better communication and taking ownership of the issue from the beginning would have made for a much better customer experience.

Original: I feel that I received a fair deal on the vehicle and a reasonable value for my trade-in. However, my experience after the sale has been disappointing.
After purchasing my brand-new truck, I noticed a wavy section or impression on one of the doors that I had overlooked during delivery. I made several phone calls and left multiple messages trying to get the issue addressed. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly bounced between the sales and service departments with no clear direction or resolution.
At times, it felt like I was getting the runaround, with no one willing to take ownership of what I believed should have been handled as a warranty concern. When you purchase a brand-new vehicle, you expect the dealership to stand behind both the product and the customer after the sale.
I remain hopeful that the warranty process will resolve the issue, but I believe the dealership could have handled the situation much more proactively.
