After I was mislead, the manager came outside and was arguing with me attempting to gaslight me saying that I was choosing not to do business after their sales rep stated they were NO Longer providing in house finance. The manager came out after I sent the message and reported the account, to tell me they do and that we are human and make mistakes. The manager could use some training. Instead of de-escalating the situation, he escalated it further by continuing to speak over me and attempts to shift blame. If you want to deal with bs, be mislead & argued with this will be your place. If you are a regular person who wants to buy a car, go anywhere else.

This place has to be a joke, I’ve come here TWICE looking for different vehicles. I’ve come here for a second time and surprise they JUST sold the particular vehicle. They tell you whatever to get you in the door

I recommend not to finance a car from this dealership ever since I financed this car I had problems with it the breaks were literally wasted I took the car in to get it fixed and they didn’t fix anything at all just the bumper and they had my car for 8 hours and nothing was done and one more thing they still haven’t given me my cars sticker it’s been 2 months already and they keep telling me lies and now that I call them they don’t even answer my calls at all so I recommend not getting a car at this dealership !

*Bait and switch scam?*
Came to see a black 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road pickup with 6ft. bed and 61k miles. Sales rep invited me to come see it today, so we did. When we got there they told us the truck wasn't really there, but it would be there in a day or two. If that happens I will obviously buy it and edit this to 5 stars. If this was a bait and switch tactic in order to get people to the lot, obviously the 1 star rating will remain. Based on the reviews I'm reading, bait and switch appears to be a tactic that they use. We will see.
