I purchased a 2019 Infiniti q50 from them October 15 and when I say service was top notch I mean it. Ceasar was amazing from the moment I walked in, saw the car I wanted , took for a test drive the day prior then back the following morning for purchase and walked right out the door ! Azamat worked numbers , got me approved thru my bank Navy Federal, signed , drove off the lot. Truly appreciate the smooth hassle free service that was provided! Highly recommend them, go check em out and make sure you guys ask for Ceasar you won’t be disappointed😎 even took my picture before leaving off the lot

Employee Cesar, nothing but great customer service. Got me approved on the spot. No add ons. No games. Filled my tank up. And the GM was very professional. I didn’t have the best credit score. They worked with me. Gave me the terms and numbers better than I was expecting. 10/10 approve

Great experience buying a car. They aren’t pushy or bugging you to drive off with something same day. They also seem to genuinely wanna know what you’re looking to get into. Cesar was cool to talk to and I would definitely go back. Thank again for your help!

If interested in a vehicle here just ask for Cesar. He made my car purchasing experience worth it. From the test drive to the transaction. AZ the GM as well. I had a pre-approval from my bank and wasted nearly a whole day waiting on paperwork. I decided to decline and go through the dealer in which AZ matched the numbers. I drove off happy and will shop here again in the future.

Got a "Service Steering Column" warning code on my dash while driving. Took my truck to the nearest dealership because I wasn't sure if it was safe to drive. That dealership charged me $423.39 for a diagnostic test including a $39 fee for the repair cost estimate. (Average electrical diagnosis cost for my truck is $196-$250 in this area). They told me the module needed to be replaced, gave me a $1,106.70 repair estimate and tried to reel me in by saying the diagnostic fee would go towards the repair cost.
I contacted USA Car Expo where I purchased my truck from for an estimate, they quoted me $300. WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE! It was much cheaper for me to pay the ridiculously high diagnostic test and tow my truck here for the repair. Turns out, my module was 'A-OK', I simply needed a $20 fuse replaced. They charged me $125 for their diagnostic test and changed the fuse. I ended up spending $700 overall due to that other dealerships price gouging.
Lesson learned! I was literally sick without my truck! I purchased AAA for tow service so no matter where I am I can bring my truck here for service! These guys have the best customer service, everyone is super friendly, they explain everything in detail and they're fair! I highly recommend USA Car Expo for you next vehicle purchase and service needs!

These guys are first class. You won’t find a better selection of cars at a used dealership. Everything they have is top tier. Cesar made the buying process a breeze, so be sure to ask for him when you go.
