Got an oil change May 13,2026. A month later after regular use, all oil spilled out due to filter being loose to the touch.

The first time they wasn’t able to do the oil change because they didn’t have the piece to change my oil, the time after they have the piece and is able to, the next time which is this time they don’t have it. Then suddenly lost the piece when I said I had an oil change with the same car. The lying and inconsistency to get an oil change for my car is unbelievable. How it’s either a hit or miss just to get a damn oil change? If yall auto department want less people coming or it takes time to change my oil and yall just don’t feel like doing it, just say that.

Turned my wife away for an in-warranty battery replacement because the acid from the battery they sold leaked onto the terminals and they told her to go get it serviced somewhere else since they couldn't replace the terminals for whatever reason.

This store was very unprofessional. They said they didn’t know why my order wasn’t ready for pick up. I paid it and had to go there 2 times and they couldn’t find the tires I bought. Poor customer service.

Very unprofessional and non informed individuals working in this department and of course no supervisor to speak with on a Sunday. They spoke to my girlfriend like she was stupid and refused to give their names after being very disrespectful and this is the last place that she took her car to get an oil change and now all of a sudden her oil dipstick is broken and she has damage to her oil pan but there is no oil leaking from her car ??!! Make this make sense…. STAY AWAY FROM THIS Place !!!!

Check your battery installation before you leave. When I checked mine the positive cable was installed tightly, but the negative cable was loose enough that I could easily pull it off with my hand, and the bracket that's supposed to hold the battery down was not installed at all, just lying there on top of the battery. When I went back in and told the person behind the counter, she motioned out at the auto bays and said "you can get one of the guys out there to fix it." I replied "one of the guys out there?" and she said, "yeah, or you can find the girl who wrote you up." I replied "Or, I can go home and do it myself, can't I?" and she said "I'm only a cashier." What a way to run a place.

Went in to replace my two worn out front tires.
They instead replaced the two left tires from the drivers side. My rear tires are in good shape.
When I told them that's not what I wanted & where my rear good tire was at they replied with "we don't know."
I ended up buying two new tires, but they "lost" one of my good rear tires. Long story short, they only replaced one worn out front tire instead of both.
So, now I have to buy & replace the bad tire they left on in the first place.
Go somewhere else for you tire needs.

Got two tires changed on the 5th, all went well, everything was smooth, they even put the spare I was using back in the trunk compartment.
Came back three weeks later with a SCHEDULED and already paid for appointment with tires and all to get the other two swapped, and they tell me they don’t have them in stock, and all I can do is refund and cancel the order.
It is NOT hard to keep inventory and update the system. It is ridiculous that I can PAY for tires and then have to wait over a week just to get a refund when they don’t have it.

Visit this place and was instantly reminded why I DONT go to Walmart for oil change. Particularly this one. KIDS! Look like they’re in high school or just came out. On the register and working on the cars. It wasn’t even busy and I sat and watched my car sit for 1 hour and 30 min. Everyone playing, cracking jokes, flirting with the females that work at Walmart and just walking in circles acting like they’re working. I asked for the keys to my car went to Valvoline and my car was done professionally in 15-20 min. Because it was adults working, not kids. I don’t care if this is the only place open for a oil change I would rather drive way to 249. And I only stay 3 mins from the Walmart. NEVER AGAIN!

The worst place you can come, bad service reps with an attitude like you’re begging. They stopping working on my car and went to work on a car that came an hour after i was here on the outisde doing diagnosis and left only to come back to me and tell me after 2 hours that they so not have my tire in stock while its under warranty. If i can give a negative -10 that’s what they worth.
