My Granny came into the hospital after a bad fall and they ended up discovering that her blood sugar was in the 500’s. And blood pressure was in the 200’s. Everyone worked together on her stay in order to provide safe care and to get her numbers under control. I felt like my granny was truly cared for by her multidisciplinary team. Thank you to everyone for saving my Granny’s life!!

The entire team who took care of my mom was amazing. From the nurses to the doctors to the support staff, everyone was so caring and compassionate. They went above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable and well taken care of during her visit in the ER at the hospital. I am forever grateful for their dedication and professionalism. Thank you to all the wonderful healthcare professionals who made a difficult time a little bit easier for our family.. PS please take some time out of y'all busy schedule and show ST. Lukes the Woodlands how to treat patients.

Everyone was quick and efficient from the start in triage. The whole team that took part in my care was so nice and caring. I will change my go to ER to The Vintage. I had the best experience I could, given the circumstances.

I'd just driven in from Florida that morning in a tremendous amount of pain. My GP recommended St Luke because of the promptness of service that I required. I found the wait to be not long at all, and a very responsive and coutrteous staff. The Doctor visited me in a timely manner after CT scan with the results, and was very informative. Also received a folder with all results, meds, and details of my CT Scan. Overall, very impressed. If I ever find myself in need of an emergency room (prayerfully not), I'll be coming to St Luke's. Of interest, I work for MD Anderson, so I know how hospitals work. Keep up the good work.

My surgery went amazing! Dr. Vial is amazing and is so kind and down to earth. The staff was great and all of my nurses took such great care of me. I had my own private room while waiting to be taken back for surgery and my husband was allowed to be with me the entire time until the Anesthesia team started to get me going and took me back. Everything was quick and painless.

Update: May 2026- Everything is still great and Im honestly sad that my last follow up a couple months after surhery was the last time I got see everyone and Doctor Vial. They're all so sweet and caring. My scar is fading but still visible, I honestly dont mind at all though, scars should be embraced.

My experience started out great, I arrived at 5:45pm and the lady at the intake desk was professional and kind, the triage nurses were great, and the Doctor was phenomenal. But then it went left! The Dr cleared me to go around 9:10 pm as everything checked out fine. He said someone would be with me shortly. A shift change happened and new staff arrived and things went left. From 9:10 pm until midnight, myself and 2 other women who’d arrived earlier were also cleared to go were just left sitting there. Both ladies at the front desk were on the internet shopping and watching videos. When I asked if I would be seen to leave I was told they were busy, which by the way it was not busy! After nearly 3 hours in the waiting room, I removed my IV ( no medication had been administered, it was for lab work only) and I left!! Only for security guard to follow me hurtling insults! He said black people were dumb, we were a problem because we do stupid expletives etc! , (he himself was black ) I guess no one informed him of patients rights. It’s obvious his bar was set very low considering he doesn’t know how to properly do his job with professionalism, and I have the video to prove it!! Stay away from this place after 9pm!!

Excellent care at CHI St. Luke’s Health. From the moment we arrived with my father experiencing chest pain, the response was incredibly fast—they performed an EKG right away and acted with urgency and professionalism.

Communication was clear, and the entire staff was respectful and compassionate. Special thanks to Stuart D. Boss for his outstanding care and clear explanations.

As his daughter, I felt reassured knowing he was in great hands. Highly recommend.

My name's Tom bell saint. Luke's got to be one of the best hospitals I've been in and I've been in a lot of hospitals all over the United States. The staff here is phenomenal and people are just so friendly and knowledgeable. This is someplace you wanna be at When you're not doing well.\nBesides fixing you, they make you feel good also. I have got a very bad heart.I feel safe with these people

Excellent experience at St. Luke's The Vintage Hospital for my procedure. The hospital was clean. All doctors, nurses and staff were friendly, kind and professional. I definitely will use this facility again if needed and recommend the facility to others.
