Went in for an oil change and state inspection. This is the only place I trust in the area to do this as I have had three bad experience with three other shops on the same road. Service took about 30 minutes, no more than that. Mechanics are professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. This is my second time going to this shop and I will be coming back for all other mechanical needs.

I had my air filter checked by Toyota as a complimentery service when my gas door broke and they found the filter stuffed with a black sponge that was cut to fit. The Toyota technician was shocked and said he had never seen anything like it. I had my air filter changed at this Kwik Kar Lube a few months prior. Since changing my filter to proper one, a musky smell is now gone.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not going here again.

Good afternoon ma'am. We apologize for any confusion. The cabin air filter you speak of isn't just a piece of foam. They are Hepa cabin air filters that come perforated to fit many vehicles. Hepa filters are designed to catch more pollen and other debris better than traditional filters making the air inside better for breathing. In relation to any musty smell, it has been an extremely hot summer thus far which will cause air conditioning systems to work harder and sweat more than usual causing those smells. It's a simple fix for that which would be just changing the filter such as you did. I called and they quickly scheduled me in for service of my brakes and oil change. They completed a thorough check and found that only the front bases needed to be replaced. The truck was done in under 3 hours! Highly recommend this place!

I really love the services here. These guys are amazing. They will treat you the way you deserve. They will take care of your vehicles as if theirs. Every time when I dropped off my vehicle, then I grabbed a cup of coffee and stepped outside. By the time I finished my cigarette, my vehicle is ready to be checked out. They are that quick. I’m not lying.

I was told by someone on the phone that they could service my vehicle so I drove 30 minutes out to the location. A mechanic on site told me that they did not feel comfortable working on my car, which obviously upset me. But when I spoke to the owner, he explained why they weren’t comfortable doing it and ended up giving me gas money for wasting my time in the drive out there. This seems like a really good business and the owner is very honest. Even though things didn’t go the way I hoped I would definitely come back to this business in the future!

The staff was courteous, professional, and prompt. I had to get my vehicle inspected and the service was complete within 15 minutes; this is my second time using Kwik Kar on Spring Cypress and I will continue to come here!
