Would give 0 stars if I could, this branch is great when they want your money. Then the customer service goes to zero and can’t even get a phone call back. I switched to geico and have been much happier.

Yeah, I wouldn’t give it 1 star like a lot of these reviews… but it’s definitely not a great hotel. I booked it for the shuttle and the breakfast, and honestly both missed the mark. The shuttle was late, and I didn’t get breakfast at all—not even a coffee.
